Each of our packages offers three options  - Essential, Standard and Premium, all with a different Level of Detail

  • Creating 3D Building Model in Black & White from provided 2D Plans 

  • Model Uploaded to Sketchfab 

  • 2D CAD & PDF's supplied to required Level of Detail

Standard Package


   

  • Creating 3D Building Model in Block Colour from provided
    2D Plans      

  • Working closely with architect to ensure design is as imagined 

  • Model Uploaded to Sketchfab 

  • 2D CAD & PDF's supplied to required Level of Detail

 

Outcome: 3D Building Model (RVT) This can also be exported into other 3D formats or software, if required
(e.g. Sketchup, IFC, FBX or OBJ)

Premium Package


   

  • Creating 3D Building Model with added Texture from provided 2D Plans  

  • Working closely with architect to ensure design is as imagined 

  • Model Uploaded to Sketchfab 

  • 2D CAD & PDF's supplied to required Level of Detail

 

Outcome: 3D Building Model (RVT) This can also be exported into other 3D formats or software, if required
(e.g. Sketchup, IFC, FBX or OBJ)

Additional Cost: 4D Modelling created for proposed design.

  • Blocking out close external surrounding area and adding additional information internally

  • Primary Architectural & Building Model information added

Premium Package


   

  • Producing LOD4 3D Building Model with added Texture to import into Rendering Software 

  • Further Architectural & Building Model information added. This includes internal furniture

  • Surrounding external modelling and planting added

  • Producing LOD3 3D Building Model in Block Colour to import into Rendering Software 

  • Blocking out close external surrounding area and adding additional information internally  

  • Creating an Intermediate walkthrough video (1 minute)

Premium Package

​

  • Producing LOD4 3D Building Model with added Texture to import into Rendering Software   

  • Creating an Extensive walkthrough video (1.5 - 2 mins) with promotional clips 

  • Animation added to videos, including vehicles, people etc.
